Add New Employees – Task Instructions

“Adding New Employees” allows you to bypass using a Roster File and add employees directly in the system.

 

To add a new employee, 3 steps are required
In Task Step 1:  Right-click on the grid, choose “Employee Actions” -> “Add New Employee”.  Fill out the hire data, employee id (ex. E999999) and employee name (ex. 999999 – Jones, Bobby) and click “Launch”.
   *** Don’t load any salary data here.  That will be in Step 3. ***
 
In Task Step 2:   Click on “Refresh Database”.  This updates the system backend databases.
 
In Task Step 3:   Now you can input the salary and other information for the employee and click “Save”.  That will save the data and also run the logic along with integration of that data to your financials.
