Now Introducing: Accelerators 3.0

Promethean Analytics has, and always will be, a company that is driven by the successes of our clients. We take great pride in our ability to not just meet current needs but also develop and introduce innovative approaches to solve a clients newest, or most outstanding, initiatives. To better service and adapt to client needs in the current economic climate, we’ve made multiple noteworthy improvements to our Accelerators. This latest version (Accelerator 3.0) adds many enhancements to our budget-friendly, rapid implementation Enterprise Accelerators for Oracle EPBCS Financials and Workforce. New features include a custom Position Based Workforce Planning Accelerator, Simplified Projects Framework Accelerator, and a plenty of more bells and whistles.

Here are some of the main things you’ll want to know.

For starters, there have been notable improvements in our modeling and client experience software. While already thorough and reliable, the significant enhancements in our modeling now provides even better forecasting clarity that our customers rely on every day. There have been numerous updates to our driver-based forecasting and forms. Groovy calculations have been updated and optimized to not just run better but also provide new functionality. On the client side, we’ve leveraged an enhanced UI and implemented all-new dashboards to provide an overall better user experience.

One of the main highlights of Accelerator 3.0 solution is the introduction of Position-Based Workforce Planning. Customizable for the unique business needs of every client, this workforce planning solution allows your position structure to be maintained as employee rotations, positions open and close, and other changes occur. This provides an immediate benefit, streamlining the cycles between Human Resources and specific business units by providing greater visibility into unfilled positions, organizational gaps, and updating both long term and short term planning. Due to customer demand, our workforce planning enhancements have already been rolled out to some of our clients with great success.

Last but certainly not least, Accelerator 3.0 is a budget-conscious solution that manifests cost savings in multiple ways. The speed of implementation can shave off multiple weeks of implementation time, which also reduces onboarding and additional training. Our Accelerators are also built with the Promethean SCORE approach to project delivery, which further reduces costs for project oversight.
